What we collect on this site. Only what you submit through the booking form: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, and what you tell us about your operation. We use privacy-respecting analytics without advertising trackers or cross-site profiles.
How we use it. To respond, prepare for and hold your implementation call, and follow up. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Booking data is stored in our own systems on our own tenant.
Client engagements. Client systems are built on client tenants with client keys. We do not retain client operational data beyond the engagement’s SLA window, do not train models on client data, and log every access. The engagement contract and IP & Data Charter govern in detail and prevail over this page.
Your rights. Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: hello@keydolphin.com. We answer within ten business days.
Changes. We update this page when practices change, with the effective date above.
